Welcome
Welcome to the Engineering Expo Homepage! Please use the links to your left to find out more specific details on the many events happening this year.
Engineering Expo at the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering celebrates the many facets of the engineering profession. This annual event hosted by Speed School on Saturday, March 7th, 2009 showcases undergraduate research, pre-engineering competitions and activities for younger students, guided tours, exhibits, and the cutting edge research facilities at UofL.
The keynote speaker for this year is still to be announced, but E-Expo will be noticeably greener as this year's theme focuses on engineering improvements in alternative fuel sources, clean energy, and environmentally friendly technologies.
E-Expo fosters an atmosphere of progress and competition in order to promote the exciting developments of the engineering profession to the public. University of Louisville undergraduate and graduate students compete in different divisions of research competitions for a total of $3,000 in awards. High school students travel to E-Expo from all over in order to compete in design competitions hosted by the local chapters of professional engineering societies.
We hope that you will join us on March 7th to experience E-Expo for yourself!
Sincerely,
Adam Pfendt
